Payment Options

Ticket Prices:

  • Are $65 per person for payment by April 27, 2025, then $75 for late payment.
  • No refunds after May 13, 2025

==> There are  two ways to pay for your tickets again.

 1. Online “e-transfer” (Recommended)

– Using your own bank’s Interac eTransfer service: Most major banks and Credit Unions offer this service. It is fully secure and you do not need to provide any bank info.

Cost varies from free to $1.50, depending on your bank account type.

    To do this:

    * Sign on to your online banking service

    * Find and select a service that says “Send Money using Interac eTransfer“. This is usually on the first screen that appears after signing on.

    * Follow the prompts, which will include asking for your email address, and our IBM Reunion email address (which is  lesliesemail@shaw.ca).

    * Enter the dollar amount you are paying.

    * In the Message area, type in the number of tickets you are purchasing, and  your email address, phone # and the first and last name(s) of the attendee(s) for these tickets

    * You will NOT be prompted to enter a Security Question and Answer because this is set up for automatic depositing into the IBM Alumni Reunion Fund at the bank.

*  Then select “Send the Money“.

 * You will now receive a confirmation from your bank that your payment  has been accepted and deposited.

* Contact Leslie Berkey (lesliesemail@shaw.ca), or Dave Hunter (dfhunter@gmail.com), or Allan Reich (areich@telus.net ) if any questions or problems with using this procedure. ==> It’s easier than it sounds ;-)

Paying by VISA or PayPal was complicated to set up and too expensive to use!
2. Snail Mail

– Make your cheque payable to the ” IBM Alumni Reunion Fund” and send it to IBM Reunion, 2335 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC   V7V 1K9  including a note confirming the number of tickets you are purchasing, plus your email address, phone # and the first and last name(s) of the attendee(s). Cost = 1 stamp, an envelope and your bank charge.
